Ingredients for Low GI Porridge

75g of rolled oats
300ml of water
1 pot of soya yoghurt
1 tablespoon of wheat germ
1 tablespoon of seed mix (sunflower, pumpkin and pine kernels)
1 dried apple ring
1 prune
black pepper

Low GI Porridge, How to Make

Put oats in bowl, pour in the water and stir add black pepper and stir again. Set microwave to full power and cook for about 3 1/2 minutes or until thick (the thicker the better). Now sprinkle your wheat germ over the oats. Add your yoghurt and sprinkle your seeds over it add your apple ring to the centre and place the prune in the centre of the apple ring now serve. SO GOOD!
