Four-cheese ravioli with lemon-cream sauce, How to Make
Step 1Place peas in boiling salted water and cook for 5 minutes. Add sugar-snap and snow peas for the last minute. Drain, refresh and set aside.
Step 2Place cream, butter, parmesan and lemon zest and juice in a pan over low heat, stirring until butter melts. Season, then set aside.
Step 3Cook ravioli following packet directions. Drain. Dip vegetables briefly in boiling water.
Step 4Place ravioli on plates, drizzle with sauce and top with vegetables. Season and serve.
