Chilli and garlic stir-fried Asian greens, How to Make

  • Step 1
    Heat peanut oil in a wok over high heat. Add garlic and chilli. Stir-fry for 1 minute or until fragrant. Add choy sum and gai lan stems. Stir-fry for 2 to 3 minutes. Add choy sum and gai lan leaves. Stir-fry for 1 minute or until just wilted.
  • Step 2
    Add sesame oil, soy sauce and oyster sauce. Stir-fry for 1 minute or until heated through. Serve. Serve this dish as a side with grilled chicken or fish. For a main, add diced firm tofu with choy sum stems. Serve with rice.
