  • Step 1
    Place yoghurt, coriander, mint, chilli and chutney in the bowl of a food processor. Process until smooth. Season with salt.
  • Step 2
    Prepare the pappadums in the microwave following packet directions. Serve the pappadums with the chutney.

Notes:
Make it ahead: Prepare this recipe to the end of step 1 up to 1 day ahead. Store the yoghurt mixture in an airtight container in the fridge. Continue from step 2, 30 minutes before serving.
