Easy Vegorama for person

If you have the same lunch every day, or the kids’ sandwiches keep coming back, take heart. With this new idea, lunch will never be the same again!

Ingredients for Vegorama

Vegorama, How to Make

  • Step 1
    Spread 1 slice light rye bread with 1 teaspoon Vegemite. Spread 2 tablespoons cottage cheese over the Vegemite. Top with 20g (1/4 cup) grated carrot. Top with shredded iceberg lettuce and another slice of bread. Cut in half.

Notes:
For after: Bircher muesli yoghurt: Combine grated red and green apple with Greek-style natural yoghurt. Sprinkle toasted muesli over the apple mixture.
