    Place the kiwifruit, capsicum, shallot, coriander and lime juice in a glass or ceramic bowl. Season with salt and pepper. Stir gently until well combined.

Serving tip: This salsa works well with spicy flavours, so try it with barbecued fish, chicken or pork that has been rubbed or marinated with a spice mix.
