Ingredients for Labne
Labne, How to Make
Step 1Spoon the yoghurt into a fine sieve. Place over a bowl. Cover and place in the fridge overnight to drain.
Step 2Roll the yoghurt into walnut-sized balls. Place in a serving bowl. Cover with the oil and add the garlic, lemon rind and rosemary.
Serves 8 as part of a platter.
