Ingredients for Labne

Labne, How to Make

  • Step 1
    Spoon the yoghurt into a fine sieve. Place over a bowl. Cover and place in the fridge overnight to drain.
  • Step 2
    Roll the yoghurt into walnut-sized balls. Place in a serving bowl. Cover with the oil and add the garlic, lemon rind and rosemary.

Serves 8 as part of a platter.
